GT-Pro is a lipase-rich enzyme and bacterial liquid built for restaurant and food-service grease traps that back up between professional pump-outs. Nightly dosing through an automatic drip feeder or manual pour liquefies fats, oils and grease at the trap walls and baffles before they solidify, cutting emergency callouts and odour complaints. Field trials with two commercial kitchen chains showed a 60% drop in trap overflow incidents over a 90-day period.
